One-Year Limited Warranty

JOONI warrants to the original retail purchaser that an authentic JOONI product purchased from JOONI or an authorized seller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for one year from the original purchase date.

1. Covered Defects

A covered defect may include failure of a component caused by defective materials or workmanship, such as a verified manufacturing defect in:

  • The handle or brake/button mechanism.

  • Attachment hardware or swivel components.

  • Rope, sleeves, stitching, or assembled connection points.

  • Other structural components, when failure occurred during normal use within instructions.

2. Not Covered

  • Normal wear, cosmetic changes, fading, abrasion, surface scratches, dirt, odor, or expected material aging.

  • Chewing, biting, scratching, animal-caused damage, or storage where a pet can access the product.

  • Accident, impact, loss, theft, fire, water or chemical exposure outside care instructions, corrosion, or environmental damage.

  • Misuse, overloading, high-speed towing, tie-out use, unattended tethering, vehicle restraint use, improper attachment, failure to inspect, or continued use after damage appears.

  • Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, replacement parts, or use with incompatible accessories.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, counterfeits, samples, or items lacking verifiable proof of purchase.

  • Incidental or consequential losses, including veterinary bills, property damage, replacement of unrelated items, or loss arising from animal behavior, except where such exclusion is prohibited.

3. Warranty Remedy

After validating a covered claim, JOONI may, at its option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably comparable product, or refund the original product purchase price. A replacement may differ in color, packaging, or non-material design details because products evolve.

Replacement or repaired products are covered for the longer of the remaining original warranty period or 90 days, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Claim Process

  1. Contact [WARRANTY EMAIL / PORTAL] and provide the purchaser name, order number or receipt, seller, purchase date, and shipping address.

  2. Provide clear photographs or video showing the product, claimed issue, and identifying details.

  3. Stop using the product while the claim is evaluated.

  4. Return the product if requested. JOONI will provide instructions and determine responsibility for shipping after initial review.

JOONI may require physical inspection and may mark or retain a replaced product to prevent unsafe reuse or duplicate claims.

5. Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed are limited to the shortest period permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages.

6. No Other Warranty

No retailer, employee, agent, influencer, or other person may modify this Limited Warranty unless the modification is in a written agreement signed by an authorized JOONI representative.
